Wenrui Qu is a Ph.D. student at the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University. She studies environmental policy with an interest in just transition and energy access. Prior to joining O'Neill, Wenrui earned an MPP from the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University and completed her B.S. and B.A from Duke Kunshan University. In her free time, she enjoys K-pop, doing workouts, and playing basketball.
