Michelle Graff

Michelle Graff is an Assistant Professor at the School of Public Policy at Georgia Institute of Technology. She studies energy policy and policy analysis, with a focus on U.S. energy assistance programs. She received her Ph.D. in public affairs from Indiana University. Before moving to Georgia, she worked as an Assistant Professor at the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University, and as a congressional staffer. She received a master’s degree in environmental resource policy from George Washington University. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Colby College. Outside of work, Michelle spends her time chasing after her daughter and hiking with her family and dog.
