Michelle Graff is a Ph.D. candidate at the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University. She studies energy policy and policy analysis, with a focus on U.S. energy assistance programs. Before moving to Bloomington, she worked as a congressional staffer and received a master’s degree in environmental resource policy from George Washington University. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Colby College. Outside of work, Michelle spends her time chasing after her daughter and hiking with her family and dog.
