Michelle Graff

Michelle Graff is an Assistant Professor at the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University. She studies energy policy and policy analysis, with a focus on U.S. energy assistance programs. She received her Ph.D. in public affairs from Indiana University. Before moving to Cleveland, she worked as a congressional staffer and received a master’s degree in environmental resource policy from George Washington University. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Colby College. Outside of work, Michelle spends her time chasing after her daughter and hiking with her family and dog.
