Frances Clever is a Masters of International Affairs student, concentrating in Global Development, Environment, and Sustainability at the O’Neill and Hamilton Lugar Schools at Indiana University. She received her undergraduate degree in Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University. In her free time, she enjoys discovering trails to hike, riding her bike, cooking, and reading new books.
